Terms & Conditions

1Purpose

These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") govern all purchases and bookings made on faangsignal.com between:

FAANG Signal (hereinafter "the Provider"), and any individual purchasing a coaching service via the Site (hereinafter "the Client").

Placing an order or booking a session implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

2Services

FAANG Signal offers online coaching services designed to help professionals land roles at top-tier technology companies (FAANG and equivalent). Services include, but are not limited to: one-on-one coaching sessions, mock technical and behavioural interviews, resume and LinkedIn profile reviews, and career strategy sessions.

All services are delivered remotely via video call. Session details, duration, and deliverables are described on the relevant service page at the time of purchase.

The Provider reserves the right to update service descriptions at any time. Any changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency selected by the Client (EUR, USD, GBP, or other available currencies) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

The Provider reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Services will be billed at the price in effect at the time of booking confirmation.

Promotional prices and discount codes are valid only for the period and conditions specified at the time of the offer.

4Booking & Payment

The Client declares having full legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement.

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. Payment is processed securely via Stripe (credit/debit card) or PayPal. All transactions are protected by industry-standard encryption.

The Provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking in the event of payment disputes, suspected fraud, or unavailability.

Upon successful payment, the Client will receive a booking confirmation email with session details and a calendar link.

5Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation by the Client: The Client may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge, via the link provided in the confirmation email.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund, except in cases of documented emergency.

Cancellation by the Provider: In the unlikely event that the Provider must cancel a session, the Client will be offered a full reschedule or a complete refund.

6Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection legislation, the Client has a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, provided the service has not yet commenced.

Exception: The right of withdrawal is waived if the Client expressly requests that the service begin before the end of the 14-day period and acknowledges that this waiver applies once the service has started.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must notify us in writing at contact@faangsignal.com before the session takes place.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request, using the original payment method.

7Intellectual Property

All content provided during coaching sessions — including frameworks, templates, feedback documents, and materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of FAANG Signal.

The Client may use these materials for personal career development only. Any reproduction, redistribution, resale, or public sharing without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared during sessions. The Provider will not disclose the Client's personal situation, career details, or session content to any third party without explicit consent.

The Client agrees not to record sessions without the Provider's prior written consent.

9Liability

FAANG Signal provides coaching and guidance based on experience and best practices. However, the Provider cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, salary increases, or interview success.

The Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the relevant service. The Provider shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

The Provider shall not be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure events (technical failures, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.).

10Dispute Resolution & Mediation

In the event of a dispute, the Client is encouraged to contact us first at contact@faangsignal.com to seek an amicable resolution.

If no agreement is reached, EU residents may use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

These T&Cs are governed by applicable law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts.

11Modifications

The Provider reserves the right to update these T&Cs at any time. The updated version will be published on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised T&Cs.
